There's no plan to pick. The lane is a fact of your ledger: money leaving under your mandate pays Move, money arriving pays Get paid, a completed outcome pays Operate, and everything you build to get there is free.
Build
MCP servers, the SDK, Sandbox, and Meter. Building, measuring, and testing never cost anything — the meter only starts once money actually moves.
Move
Money leaving your org under a signed mandate: payouts through Pay, wallet transfers out, card purchases, and white-label under Embed. One published rate, wherever it settles.
Get paid
Money arriving in your account: paywalled agent calls through Gate, payment links through Collect, and agent checkout through Shop. Priced on what actually settles, never on the attempt.
Account governance
The one line that is not per transaction. An account CodeSpar keeps a mandate, identity, guardrails and receipts for: a payer under Embed, a counterparty your agents pay, a customer your paywall collects from. Published now, not yet charged.
Operate
Completed outcomes that don't move money but still need governance: an issued invoice, a finished KYC check, a shipping label, a delivered notification. Priced per outcome, never per call.
Gate and Embed have this pricing in effect for new contracts today. Pay, Collect, Shop, Wallet, Cards and Meter carry the same price as a commitment for general availability, locked for 24 months for anyone who signs before GA, and cost R$0 until then: a price promise, not an availability promise. Cross-border FX is a published line, 0.5% self-serve and 0.3% with committed volume.

Nothing below is a paid add-on. It's baked into the rate, on every lane, every tier.
- Mandate, receipt, identity, guardrails, audit, and router ship inside every paid line — never billed as separate features.
- Tools, Sandbox, Catalog, Generator, and the SDK/CLI/MCP servers are R$0, always, with no usage cap.
- Nothing that doesn't settle gets billed: attempts, retries, declines, quotes, and webhooks carry no counter.
- A full refund within 7 days reverses the fee on that outcome, once per payer-payee pair every 30 days.
- The first R$1,000 settled on Move and on Get paid, per organization, every month, is free — no card required.
- Rail fees — Pix, card, USDC, FX — pass through at the provider's price, on their own line, always.

Seven worked examples past the free tier, computed with the self-serve rates above. Rail fees, if any, show up as a separate line at the partner's price; fractions of a centavo accumulate and round once, on the invoice.

Money's direction sets the price. Money leaving your org under a mandate pays Move: 10 bps, floor R$0.05, cap R$2.00 per transaction. Money arriving in your account pays Get paid: 1%, no floor, cap R$2.00. A governed account that had any outcome in the month pays Account governance: R$4.90, the one line that is not per transaction. A completed outcome that doesn't move money, like an issued invoice or a finished KYC check, belongs to Operate, included while in preview. Everything you build costs nothing.
Only what settles. Attempts, retries, declines, quotes, and verifications carry no counter — you're never charged for deliberation, only for a mandate that actually moved money or a call that actually got paid.
Yes, per lane, per organization, every month: the first R$1,000 settled on Move and the first R$1,000 settled on Get paid. Operate is included while in preview. Build (MCP servers, SDK, Sandbox, Meter) is free without limit, always.
It passes through at the provider's price, on its own line, always. Pix, card, USDC, and FX conversion (0.5% self-serve, 0.3% on commit) are never marked up — every receipt shows the CodeSpar line and the rail's line separately.
A full refund within 7 days reverses the fee on that outcome, once per payer-payee pair every 30 days, so the reversal can't be gamed into a recurring discount.
Not without warning. The rate card is public and the same for every account — no side deals. Join during beta or early access and your rate locks for 24 months from general availability; billing only starts at GA.
